High performance, high temperature resistance, high precision pressure control
With the high temperature heater specification, the maximum temperature can reach ultra-high temperatures up to 800°C, and with the Peltier type, it can also be used at temperatures below room temperature. For pressure control, PID control with a precision pressure monitor can maintain control and stability in 1 Pa units.
