ADSORPTION FUNCTION TYPE USING POROUS CERAMIC (-WPFC)
Because the workpiece is adsorbed by porous ceramic, the diameter of the through-holes (adsorption holes) does not affect the workpiece. Thin film-like workpieces can be heated uniformly without deformation.
