Ceramic Heat Blocks Lineup
Main applications
Ceramic type heat block, high speed temperature rise type. The shape is customizable, so it can be manufactured according to the user's application.
Ceramic Material
It can be manufactured in two types: aluminum nitride (AlN), which is a fast temperature rise type, and alumina, which is a ceramic type and relatively inexpensive.
Fast temperature rise
The aluminum nitride type can raise temperature as fast as 15°C/sec. The high emissivity also allows for fast temperature reduction (natural cooling rate) of 3°C/sec.
High-precision temperature controller
HIGH-PRECISION TEMPERATURE CONTROL CAN BE ACHIEVED BY COMBINING PCC100G AND PCC400 DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS AND PCC107 PROGRAMMABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER.

>The product is designed with safety in mind, including heater design and wiring structure. A controller/PCC110 with over-temperature monitoring function is also available.
