Cooling and low temperature characteristics

The water-cooled type uses a Peltier element for cooling and is vibration-free, with temperatures down to -30°C (optionally up to -40°C), while the air-cooled (fan-cooled) type can reach temperatures down to -10°C.

設置・使用が簡易な空冷タイプを多数シリーズ化

空冷（ファン冷却）を多数取り揃えております。空冷式は電源コンセントをつなぐだけで、使用いただけます。

ホットプレートとの違い・降温を含めた温度処理

冷却機能がありますので、通常ホットプレートでは例えば室温まで降温するのに、1時間以上かかる場合もペルチェ冷却機能で、数分で室温までの高温が可能です。昇温→一定温度キープ→降温　処理完了などプログラム温度制御により可能です。

ワーク真空チャック機能

チャック機能の追加も可能です。薄いワーク、温度変化により反りの発生があるワークなどには必須の機能です。
