Internal purge structure eliminates condensation
By allowing low dew point air or N2 gas to flow into the chamber, no condensation will form on samples, even at extremely low temperatures. In addition to N2 gas, dry air (low dew point air) can be used to the same effect.
Low vibration and low noise
ペルチェ式ですので、振動、騒音は極めてすくない。＊空冷ファンを使用しておりますので、ファンの振動は発生いたします。振動を除去したいアプリケーションにつきましては、事前にご相談いただけましたら、サポート（固定方法、ファン分離など）させていただきます。
