The PH221 series can handle temperatures up to 200°C. The PH222 series can handle temperatures up to 800°C. If higher temperatures are required, we recommend the PH222, which can handle temperatures up to 800°C with special specifications.

Non-organic solvent gases and siloxanes outgassing

PH221 has some outgassing from the silicon heater, O-rings, etc. The PH222-F, a model with reduced outgassing under vacuum conditions, is also available as part of the series.
