Combined with the digital temperature controllers / PCC100G, PCC400, and the program type temperature controller / PCC107, the RP series provides high-precision temperature control. The RP series also combines a touch panel controller with high functionality and high precision, from data collection to recipe creation.
option
Quartz glass gas displacement bell jars and gas flow meters are available as options for the RP series. Workpieces can be handled by a titanium wafer (bell jar) carrier. This system can also handle a large number of wafers for heat treatment.

The heater design, wiring structure, and other safety features have been taken into consideration. A controller/PCC110 with over-temperature monitoring function is also available. Please refer to the Super High Temperature Hot Plate Catalog 2020.
