High-speed temperature chamber with Peltier-type low-profile structure
Features of water-cooled Peltier
Compared to air-cooling, reaches lower temperatures -50°C (-10°C for air-cooled type) and can also handle profiles with steep temperature gradients (0.1°C~3°C/sec)
Internal purge structure eliminates condensation
By allowing low dew point air or N2 gas to flow into the chamber, no condensation will form on samples, even at extremely low temperatures. In addition to N2 gas, dry air (low dew point air) can be used to the same effect.
Low vibration and low noise
The Peltier system generates very little vibration and noise. *Water-cooled chiller is used, so vibration caused by the chiller is generated, but the effect is negligible because the chiller is separated from the chamber.
Light Transmittance
One glass window (transmissive type is available as an option) is installed. It can be used to construct optical device evaluation and compact temperature test systems. In combination with the MSA factory precision stage, a temperature stage that can be positioned precisely can be configured.
