Features of water-cooled Peltier

Compared to air cooling, it can reach a lower temperature of -40°C (-10°C for air cooling type) and can also handle profiles with steep temperature gradients (0.1°C~3°C/sec). However, since this is a plate heating/cooling system, it may not be able to sufficiently change temperatures for workpieces with a small installation area. Please contact us for sample shapes, etc.

Internal purge structure eliminates condensation

Low dew point air or N2 gas is supplied into the chamber to prevent condensation on samples and other materials even at extremely low temperatures. It can also be used for accurate electrical characteristics testing.

Low vibration and low noise

The Peltier system generates very little vibration and noise. *Water-cooled chiller is used, so vibration caused by the chiller is generated, but the effect is negligible because the chiller is separated from the chamber.

Glass door construction allows

One glass window (transmissive type is available as an option) is installed. It can be used to construct optical device evaluation and compact temperature test systems. In combination with the MSA factory precision stage, a temperature stage that can be positioned precisely can be configured.

Evaluation of behavior during temperature cycling and thermal expansion

Repeat the temperature cycle (-40°C→+150°C→-40°C→+150°C・・・・・) to evaluate the heat resistance stress of materials, joints, and parts. The actual temperature change behavior can be evaluated from camera images and electrical signal characteristics (resistance value change, etc.), the time of stress occurrence, and the number of cycles by logging the number of cycles with a controller. The number of cycles, real-time temperature, and other data can be recorded, and the corresponding images and data can be viewed. The minute temperature changes and behavior of the material can be grasped, making it possible to acquire information useful for analysis.
